Symptoms of mothering related mood disorders include: sadness, irritability, exhaustion, a change in eating or sleeping habits, no interest in life, anger at your partner or child, guilt, anxiety, compulsive behavior, intrusive negative thoughts, feelings of inadequacy or feeling unlike yourself.
If you or someone you know might be experiencing symptoms of a mothering-related mood disorder, please know that it is treatable and you’ve taken a very important first step in reaching out. You are not alone, and we are here to help! Contact us for information about resources in your area or join us at a support group.

History
Mommymoon Network, Inc. began in June of 2007 with a small basket program, later named Mommymoon Baskets, which was started by Meg Schlagenhauf. As the basket program grew and Meg saw other needs in the mothering community, ideas for new programs were born. Early in 2008, Meg was joined by Leticia Latinovich, who soon became an integral part of the program. Together, they founded Mommymoon Network, Inc. in June of 2008. Meg and Leticia continue to serve on the board of directors as well as managing the day-to-day activities of the organization with Jen Soline and Krista Julian.
